Old coast guard cottages at the mouth of the Cuckmere River. The cottages are protected form the sea by a concrete sea wall and the end of the chalk cliffs. The tertiary sands are clearly seen overlying the chalk. Cuckmere Haven, Sussex, UK. 04 June 2005.
